"It went very, very well. There was a delay in getting the shower doors but that was no fault of yours. Roberto put up a shower curtain so we could use it. Roberto was terrific. I really can't say enough about him. He did beautiful work. His clean up at the end of the day was immaculate. He was so pleasant and I think he felt worse about the shower doors than I did. I give him a lot of credit for struggling through his English. It might have taken a few tries to understand each other but we managed and it was fine. When I call you for work in the future I will definitely request Roberto again."

"Workers arrived on time as scheduled. We had a little snafu with the building rules; my building requires that the hallway from the elevator to the apartment door be covered with masonite.  They were not prepared for this, and providing this service cost an additional $275.  So if anyone else is doing this in manhattan, I recommend you check with your building codes and make sure everything is worked out ahead of time so that there are no surprise extra costs.
The guys were very courteous and efficient.  The floors look beautiful, and there is minimal dust.  Overall, I am quite happy.  I would recommend them.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
