"Danger: We used Apple Appliance Repair (Ashburn) twice in the last year - both for a bad Samsung ice maker. They replaced it with a 'new' one year ago (for $350) and now that one has gone bad. After doing some searching, I determined they installed a replacement brand that can be purchased of about $90 as opposed to a Samsung OEM for about $150. "I used these folks before for my wall oven and the did a good job so I decided to call them back . the tech showed up on time and find out that I had a bad element .he came back with the part in 2 days .tested the oven .all fixed and heating again.the gave me agood discount since the worked on it last year. very nice crew from the dispatcher to the technicians ,,"
