"Power has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with anyone doing work on my home. We paid over $35,000 for all new windows and doors and have been in a nightmare with these guys since June. Work crew showed up and for two days just made a terrible mess. Windows were so poorly done that we had to have 6 of them reinstalled. We ordered a huge new slider and they brought that out and left it partially installed. No hardware, not even trimmed out. They told me they could get back to my house on 9/17. You can see daylight through the slider frame. Its 110. You get the idea. They give ZERO cares...none. I have been begging and nothing! DO NOT use these guys. Contact Pella direct. Not these scammers...BEWARE!!!!!!!!"

"Quality" - Making sure windows are installed plumb, level, and square per manufacturer and AAMA/FGIA standards. - Verifying that seals and insulation are properly applied to prevent air or water leaks. - Checking that all windows open, close, and lock smoothly with no gaps. - Ensuring glass and frames are clean and free of scratches or residue before completion. - Taking a few minutes to walk the customer through the finished work and provide maintenance or warranty details. - Leaving the work area clean and free of debris after installation. "Recently had an issue with at least one window leaking. Matt performed the inspection and knew the problem with the window in question. He also found a second window with the same problem and fixed that one as well. He found issues with the the rest of my windows and patio door. He set up a time days later and completed the repairs including some stucco work on the remaining windows. This work was done under their warranty. I highly recommend Dunrite as they far exceeded my expectation, they stand behind their product and installation. And a big thank you to Matt."

"My bad in that a large cup prevented the dishwasher door from closing tight. That cost me the call fee. But most disappointing was they removed the framing....and since I have a 'working dishwasher' their job is done. They took the framing off, but do not put the dishwasher back into the cabinet? I was instructed to glue the wood back and screw the dishwasher to the bar. Do not expect a full job with this repair company. After their repair of the appliance you may have to hire a handyman to finish the job. I now have a working dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen. Not using them again for any repair."
