"This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! "This was not a run-of-the-mill job. The table is an antique farm table with 11 or so leaves of various sizes, non of which have the same measurement. I requested pads to be made for the sizes that I usually use, which is not your standard order. They contacted me several times to make sure that they were getting things right, pads fit great and are beautiful. Not only that, they came well within the time frame they had given me.

"Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"The experience was great from start to finish. I sent an email to Flooring Solutions and David contacted me the same day to arrange for a quote. The next day he showed up on time to measure and answer all of our questions, even going the extra mile to provide us with a final written quote before leaving. He explained the process to us from start to finish and it was apparent he was very knowledgeable about flooring. The pricing was in line with the two other bids we obtained from other flooring companies.
Work started on time and on the agreed upon date. The removal of the old flooring was carried out quickly and efficiently taking the time to mask off areas during the old tile removal to keep dust to a minimum. Nothing was damaged during the removal process and there was no trace of the debris they hauled away. They worked tirelessly every day until the project was complete, showing up every day when they said they would and communicated with us daily on the progress. They addressed any questions or concerns without issue. Our tile installer was a perfectionist and it shows (thanks again, Junior!). We couldn't be happier with the results.
