"My townhouse is over 25 years old and still had the original builder roof. I started thinking about replacing it since a few of my neighbors had their roofs replaced mainly due to a recent storm that blew shingles off their homes. Being a super busy homeowner, I haven't had the time to even think of it so I put it on the back burner until... Michael Anthony arrived at my house to talk to me about replacing my old worn out roof. Our discussion detailed HCR ‘s roof replacement system - an education for me since all I thought was the old shingles were taken off the roof and new ones stapled on. Let me tell you roof replacement with HCR is not like that at all. Michael explained each step of the system to me. First, the old shingles are scraped off the roof. "Crew was responsive, although most did not speak English. Foreman and supervisor were responsive and professional. Major problems occurred with installation. First, rough treatment during shingle removal caused a large piece of roofing plywood to break free and crash through ceiling drywall, narrowly missing gallery artwork. A drywall specialist did respond quickly, but spoke little English. That job was not finished properly because of lack of proper finishing tools. Because of slow response to finish the drywall, the owner decided to finish it himself. Second, a major leak occurred during a rainstorm. It was determined that no flashing was installed at a juncture between two sections of the roof. That problem was resolved by a separate crew. This situation was inexcusable for a roofing company that professes to be superb, and should not have occurred. Fortunately, Power Remodeling responded quickly to resolve the problems. So far, the new roofing looks fine with complements from neighbors."

These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all."
