I called Kevin and got a quick call-back. He asked a couple of questions and said his company had had several timer failures in a recent shipment from a particular supplier. He kept me apprised of what he was doing every step of the way and was very communicative. The owner is on site at the job extremely frequently (probably daily for my job), but his crew is so so good. They work very hard whether or not the owner is there. For this job, Outdoor Additions had to work with my pool company, and the pool company also spoke very highly of their interactions. I always felt that if I had a question or problem, that I had no hesitation in raising it. Fortunately, the only problem we actually had was bad weather . . .and I think the owner felt worse than I did about the delay. In December, some bad weather was to be expected - - and I was grateful that Outdoor Additions refused to compromise the quality of the end result by proceeding ahead on days where it was not advisable."
