"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

They came on Tuesday, and job is done. They didn’t just replace the missing shingles. They did a complete inspection of the roof, fixed a few other issues i wasn’t aware of, including sealing my skylights. They also gave me a realistic expectation of when I would need to redo my roof. Genuinely nice and professional. Not the scare tactics of another roofer in the area. I will recommend them."

Very reasonable price for the hard work. Otto installed replacements. He is Tough for Hot Hard Work. Once on roof saw more tile to replace- no extra charge. Excellent work. Very satisfied. Thanks."

It took them one day to tear off 2 layers and replace some trim boards. It only took them 3/4 of the next day to put the new shingles and flashing on. They also did a good job cleaning up as they went along and afterwards. They were very careful to not allow any debris in my pool."
