"Great workmanship. Great communication. I recommend Spencer 4 Hire Roofing, for your roofing needs."

"We've used German Roofing for four roofing projects, including shingles, rolled, foam and concrete tile. We've been happy with each. German's prices are reasonable, and Manuel Garcia personally inspects every completed project."

"Walter was very easy to work with as he is very straight forward about what he can and can't do. His crew was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with how well the worked together. The job they did was excellent. Part of the deal was to take down the exterior shutters and repaint them. As it turned out, the builder had glued the shutters to the wall. The removed the shutters for me and repaired the damage to the wall at no extra charge. The replacement shutters I had ordered did not arrive in time, but Walter came back after I got them and painted them, also at no extra charge. The job was started on 5/15/2017 and was completed ahead of schedule. We were very happy with outcome."

"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."

"Fast service, came and gave quote after checking present tile roof. Installed 10 years ago and need some replacements, boots around vents not properly installed when built. They corrected that. Very reasonable price for the hard work. Otto installed replacements. He is Tough for Hot Hard Work. Once on roof saw more tile to replace- no extra charge. Excellent work. Very satisfied. Thanks."

"I hired this company to do some roofing repair. One of the owners was always onsite to apprise me of issues, what needed to be done and didn't proceed until I gave the okay. Even though I have solar, they disconnected and reconnected it without issue. They did a thorough cleanup prior to leaving the property."
