"Structural Solutions did a great job starting with the initial assessment by Tristan Whitehead to the work led by Foreman Walt Wilson.  The initial assessment information collected by Tristan was transferred very well to Walt's crew, so when the crew arrived to do the job they knew exactly what to do.  This is very important when working on a foundation! <br /> Walt's crew was on time.  Walt explained how his crew was going to raise the foundation so it would return to the original level, and told me some of the problems they could encounter when they started digging.  Walt's crew completed the job in 6 hours and left the work area clean.  At the end of the job Walt told me the change in the measurement.  Walt then showed me the results of the job.  I could see how the space in the bricks closed up which was my main concern.   Walt is very good with customers and took the time to answer all the questions I asked him concerning the job. <br /> This was the first time I had foundation work performed on my house.  I found the company to be very professional.  At the end of the job I was given a survey to fill out which I did.  Any company that requests a survey after a job is completed gives an indication they are interested in continual improvement in serving their customer base.   I would hire Structural Solutions again. <br />"

"I had A1 come out to install spray foam insulation under my house.  Before that could be done they came across some rotten sub floor that had to be replaced. They were able to replace it and repair the cause of the leaks. One of the flooring repairs led to having to pull up tile in the bathroom. They pulled up the tile, replaced the sub floor, fixed the leak, then laid new tile. All the workers were very professional."
