"I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

"We hired Visualeyes Productions, owned by Chris, to install a stamped concrete patio. Unfortunately, within six months, the surface began chipping and flaking?both the color and stamp pattern were coming off, almost like peeling paint. It took another six months of repeated follow-ups before Chris finally came to inspect the issue. After evaluating the damage, Chris determined the entire patio would need to be removed and replaced to truly resolve the problem. At that point, he completely dodged responsibility. Despite acknowledging the issue, Chris was not willing to fix the patio he installed, leaving us to absorb the full cost of tearing it out and replacing his faulty work. Based on our experience, Chris does not stand behind his product or workmanship when problems arise."
