"Dayne showed up a few minutes behind (he called ahead to let us know), but got to work immediately.  He replaced our old control panels and put in a new wireless system.  He also put in a sump pump sensor.  He was polite and thoroughly answered all our questions.  He walked us through the website and all the features available on alarm.com.  We set up our alerts and customized our system.  Dayne then showed us all the features of the new control panels and again was patient and thorough with his presentation.  We were very satisfied and feel we have a more updated system with more features for a better price than our previous security system. <br />"
