"Had a storm come through around March that caused damage to the roof and siding. My search for a roofing contractor led me to Storm Guard. After I made an inquiry for service, I was quickly contacted and they sent Bailey for inspection. Bailey conducted a thorough inspection, explaining what repairs were needed and even tarping up the damages. He also returned a second time to speak with the insurance adjuster to ensure that everything was fully inspected. Hailey and Cortney contacted me and negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf, which greatly assisted in maximizing the cost required for the repairs. As time progressed, Storm Guard went far and beyond to provide everything I needed. Approval for a brand new roof and siding for the home was obtained by them. After all the approvals, I was then contacted by the project coordinator, Tressa. All the necessary information was provided to me by her to schedule and plan accordingly with the scope of work. Tressa made sure I was satisfied with the work after the repairs/installation and any necessary adjustments were quickly made. The installation crew was always on time, finished the job in a short amount of time, and did a fantastic job with the process and cleanup. I never have worked with any contractor that had to deal with the insurance company, and I was amazed at how much Storm Guard exceeded my expectations for great service. Also, there was interior damage caused by a leaky window that was also addressed by Storm Guard. I didn't think I would get approval for the work, but with their expertise working with insurance, they made it happen. Approval was given for a small drywall patch and the entire interior was painted to match the new paint. To sum up, I am extremely happy that I discovered Storm Guard. I don't believe that any other company would go the extra mile to ensure that the insurance company doesn't cut you short on your coverage. "Took one week from signing and paying a deposit to the the actual work.  Was estimated at around two weeks so I was pleasantly surprised.  The crew did a great job and left without a trace besides some very minor debris from the old gutter (dead leaves and dirt).  That was no problem though.
A few weeks before this, a piece of fascia (about 10 feet long) blew off from beneath the half hanging gutter.  I put this in my garage and let it slip my mind.  It didn't come back to me until after they had completed the job and I looked up to see a 10 foot section of brand new fascia board exposed beneath my brand new gutter.  It kind of annoyed me that I was never contacted during the job to see if I wanted it replaced and added to my bill or even brought to my attention.  And it wasn't until I was called several days later to set up the follow up inspection, at the end of the call when I brought it up, before the owner even recognized that this might be an issue.  And he did know exactly what I was talking about when I first mentioned it.
During the follow up inspection, I asked how much it would cost to put that piece of fascia up or put a new piece on.  He guided me around the house eyeing it down thoroughly.  He pointed out a piece of siding that was slightly bubbled out and offered to rehang that while he did the fascia, for $500.  For $50 more, he would touch up three more minor siding bubbles he noticed and a an eschew piece of soffit he found on the other side of the house.
Overall, the job went smoothly and the quality of work looks very good.  The only annoyance would be that 10 foot missing piece of fascia and compounding that, is that to fix it (along with rehanging a piece or two of siding), it would cost me over 70% of price to tear it all down again, get another 35' of brand new gutter, two new downspouts and 35' of fascia board all ripped out and reinstalled.
