"Revive failed to provide the services as agreed and violated several Ohio construction laws. 1) Revive demanded a $5,400 deposit, which is twice the $2,700, 10% maximum required by Ohio law; 2) After jackhammering my basement floor and filling it with trash, debris and water, Revive demanded I pay them $5,450 in estimated permits, tests and materials for Nick of McDaniel Plumbing which is not part of our contract. Given how Revive had torn up my basement, I felt forced to pay the $5,450 for Revive to repair my basement and complete the project. Immediately after I paid it, Revive said McDaniel was not going to do the plumbing. I asked for a refund, and Revive refused to pay it. Then Revive said they had decided to walk off the project if I did not pay him similar estimates for their HVAC and Electrical subcontractors. I said that was not in our contract and that I would not pay it. He also said he was not going to honor the $750 plumbing allowance or meet me at Menards or Home Depot to select the other plumbing materials listed in our contract. Due to Revive's fraudulent bait and switch extortion scheme, and its failure to perform the services as promised, I terminated the contract and demanded a refund of my $12,865.80. Revive refused to refund my money. Revive's foreman asked for his tools. I asked for his address so that I could have the tools delivered to the foreman. Neither Revive nor the foreman would provide the delivery address. Instead, Revive said he was going to charge me an additional $2,000 that I did not owe for his foreman's tools. Since terminating Revive for cause, I have found several other violations of Ohio construction law and Ohio consumer protection laws that Revive violated."

"Over the weekend someone drove through our privacy fence and because we have dogs we needed to quickly find someone to repair it for us. We turned to Angi to find a local and reliable contractor. Given that it was the weekend I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until Monday. TPM responded within 30 minutes of my post on Angi and it was a pleasure dealing with TPM in the process of finding a contractor to repair our fence. They promptly responded to our request for help and went out of their way to address our questions/concerns and give us a very competitive quote. They came out first thing Monday morning to view the damage and finalize the contract. While the actual work has yet to be done we were very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and thoroughness. We look forward to the work to begin. I am confident we will be very satisfied. "

"I had an amazing experience with Fence Company of Columbus. I chose them initially because although their pricing was reasonable, more importantly, communication was very strong. Bryan is an enthusiastic and approachable owner and was very attentive to my needs and ideas. Fence construction was painless and very fast for such a large yard. I figured it would be a 4 day job, but they were done in 2. Demolition was very neat and tidy. Very little debris left behind from the old chain link. The crew was respectful of my property and kept my landscaping unharmed, which I appreciate very much. The fence is PERFECT. It's just absolutely perfect in every way. My only small complaint was that the gate didn't turn out super great, but I they have promised to make it right in the fall when they return to inspect and seal the wood. I will update to 5 stars across the board if that promise is kept, which I have no doubt it will be. Overall, an amazing experience with a group that did everything they promised and more at competitive rates. I can't recommend this company enough, and I absolutely love my new fence. A work, start to finish."

The work was immaculate. Everyone was so kind and I was able to work in the house the whole time they were here and not be disrupted.
