"Our rear fence line was slowly leaning more and more each year so we called F&DD to get an estimate for repair. The sales rep was on time and we had an honest conversation about repair vs. replacement. Although our fence is older, it's still in ok condition and while a brand new fence would look great, there's still some life left in it so we opted to repair. It took about two weeks for the repair techs to make it out and the lead tech was knowledgeable and polite. He asked if it was ok to reuse any posts that were still in good condition. In trade, he would replace any pickets around the yard that were damaged. While that's certainly a win for their column as a picket is less material than a post, I thought it was an ok compromise. Work was accomplished by two techs in one day. They kept their footprint light and they walked me through the project upon completion. They replaced about half the posts and replaced about the same amount of pickets. I would certainly hire or recommend in the future."

"Mike came at scheduled time and prepared everything for the puppy’s training. He spent time getting to know the puppy and expending some of his energy before working with him. He spent quite a bit of time working with the puppy and so far the puppy has remembered what the flags are all about. Mike reviewed the collar settings and battery replacement with us. "It looks great. It's not a 'normal' fence. I found something I wanted on Pinterest, and Skip and his crew did it exactly how I wanted. It took longer than he thought it would, partially because of the weather and partially because the wire mesh was hard to find. They had to drive around Columbus, Newark, and Zanesville to find something that would work. He even bought something that he decided was too flimsy, installed one piece and decided it wasn't good enough quality. AND, he passed on the $125 price difference to us. Good guy doing good work!"

He returned my call the next morning, met me after work that same day, quoted a very fair price and had two of his guys come the next day to begin the project. They finished the next day due to being low on some of the fencing materials. In low spots they built up the ground so that my cats cannot get out. And, It looks great."

"I hired Following Steps Landscapers to build a new fence in my backyard, as well as to remove very old chain link and privacy fencing already in place. Once I contacted the owner, Angel, he was able to visit my property and supply an estimate within the week. Work began the following week. Very old fencing was removed and replaced with approximately 225 feet of pressure treated wood privacy fencing. The fencing included two gates: one in front and one in the rear of the property.  One side of the property proved problematic in that it included two old fences parallel to each other containing many old tree stumps as well as weeds and vines. Angel's crew removed everything to install a beautiful fence. The other side of my property contains a very large mulberry tree that sits directly on the property line shared with my neighbor. Angel's crew was able to split the fence to accommodate the tree. My neighbor said the crew was very nice to him when he was giving instructions as to where the property line sat. The crew also removed a large pine tree in the front yard that was planted too close to the house. Work was completed in a week. I was so pleased that the crew, who was very pleasant, also trimmed all of my bushes and cleaned the existing flower beds!  Everything was well prepared for me to begin new plantings in the spring. I was extremely happy with Following Steps work and, if need be, will hire them again.
