I had an ancient main panel replace with a newer larger main panel. In addition they added 6 new circuits. The main panel wiring was so well done that the inspector said he had not seen work that good in years. Dalcon is expensive but I believe that it was well worth it."

The supervisor assured me that my experience was not their normal practice and that they normally made sure to call if there was a change of plans. I felt that they were earnest in trying to make things right, so I agreed to give them another chance. I ultimately decided to select them for my project to replace sub panel and install outlets. The crew was excellent and professional. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, took extra care to ensure work spaces were left clean. Their workmanship was excellent and they did a great job of cleaning up some messy electrical wiring that had been there before. As an electrical engineer, I also appreciated the crews knowledge of code and ability to explain the technical side of the installation. I would use them again."

The Emrom people cheerfully worked under the house and in our tiny attic to accomplish some very challenging parts of the job. The whole project was truly an upgrade in every sense of the word. I told him that some of the outlets were working while some of them were temperamental. Ray came to the office with a sense of urgency, and not only checked out the electrical panel, but looked at every individual outlet that was not working. He explained what the problem was in great detail, and was very confident that he could fix the problem, and scheduled for two of his workers to come out the following day to tackle the issue.
