Jacob sent a confirmation text with eta. When the other companies came, they went on top of the roof and gave different approaches and causes of leaks, but Jacob (from Roofworx) (not Jake from State Farm) was the only one who went inside the attic and literally found and showed me pictures of leaks along with a long-term approach to fixing the problem. Although they could not repair it during the rain, they had guys come out and temporarily tarp the roof, and they were keeping in contact with me to update. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both.
