"Mikey was referred to us via our realtor. We had just purchased a property that was in need of a few, small repair jobs.He came soon after the purchase and visited the site so that we could explain what needed to be done. Mikey was professional and listened to our needs and concerns. He provided an estimate via email and when he could start work. After an agreed upon deposit to start work, he was there the next day starting on the list of projects. As issues arose in some of the projects, due to the inherent materials in the home, he was quick to communicate with us and suggest options to resolve them. We even added some additional work to his original estimate and he was happy to do it. Mikey was aware of our timeline for moving in, so all of his work was completed before that date. Overall, we are VERY pleased with the skill and craftsmanship he showed in his work!! He gave us an updated, comfortable space that was cost effective for our budget. Excellent experience!!"

They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have.
