"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My fridge leaks water so I was told by the technician that it would be better to replace the fridge as it would be breaking often"

"Got on time, explained repair before started. Work done as expected (also cleaned work area)"

"The service was good overall. The service Tech was professional and the Office was excellent dealing with the appointment and with follow up after the work was completed. The only negative issue I had was that the Service Tech did not level the front legs of the dishwasher which were 100% up for removal of the unit. This required me to complete this task which took about 30 min. This issue is reflected in the scores. I understand that this was an oversite and I would recommend using them again."

"Arrived exactly as he said. Knew exactly how to get oven door off & on in seconds. Spent time educating me on how to prevent damage when moving stove in & out between counters so that kitchen floor does not become scratched. Shared special product information to keep glass cooktop clean & shinney. He has long history in appliance repair industry. No surprise he is going out on his own. The Rende's"

"The technician was prompt to respond and worked efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and put everything back together. I would both recommend this technician to others and use him again"
