"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. "Chad Hendricks and the Ready Roofer Company did a great job getting me more out of my insurance policy to have the roof replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

"Had a bit of a communication problem after they submitted an estimate. It would appear that the office staff dropped the ball. The work was absolutely top notch. Explained my concerns about pressure washing the roof prior to the sealing (already had leaks) to the gentleman who came with the crew for the repair. He allayed my concerns and accomplished the pressure washing without so much as a drop of leakage down to the room. I was definitely impressed with that. He explained to me in great detail what they were going to do to complete the repair and the finished product looked neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them."

"Called him to do work on a property we manage and gave him tenants infomation to contact them and arrange a time.  His employee showed up at our office to do the job and didn;t speak enough english to be able to communicate with me.
We worked through that and got them to the property and they did part of the job and said they needed to order parts.  That was in July in September we were still waiting for the job to be completed.  I had left numerous emails and phone calls but did not hear anything back from them.  When I finally got them out there the job was completed and done well.

"The Rooftop Handy did a fine job at a fair price. We needed a downspout re-configured with multiple bends, and lengthened; and another section of gutter replaced. He's not one of these companies that starts trying to sell you all new gutters or things you don't want. We would definitely hire him again."
