"They were at my house to do the estimate very quickly. I dealt with Eric Roberson on that day. He described in full, and in terms I could understand, what exactly they would do. He described their process for keeping the project incredibly tidy. They put tarps around the entire area. They swept a total of 3 times for roofing nails. And if you’ve ever had a roof replaced, you know how great it is to not step on an errant nail. I recommend them. 5 stars, no doubt."

"We needed our original roof replaced with a new roof ,so my husband was able to check out roofers around town working. Kayco time and time again kept impressing him with their ability to put up a new roof the right way. Kayco almost put a new roof on our house in one day but ran out of sunlight. We don’t have a big house ,but it was still impressive to watch. They clean up very well ,and they don’t leave that dumpster in front of your house for days after the roof is completed. He saw this with several roofing companies ,but not Kayco the dumpster was gone the day they finished. Everyone at Kayco that we talked to from Kevin and Cindy and Jonathan were absolutely great to deal with. If I were someone looking for a great roofing company go with Kayco you won’t regret it."

"I contacted B&D Roofing as to a possible leak around my chimney. Bill was out the day after I contacted him to inspect. He said the issue was not with a leak around the chimney, but that we actually needed a new chimney cap. Since this was not something he did, he did give us suggestions for contact. Then as a temporary patch, since he did not have the supplies with him then, he came back out twice to caulk the biggest openings (the first time he came back out it was too cold to get the caulk out of the tube). And even with all this, he would not accept any pay. The professionalism and idea of customer service reflects a by-gone era - without a doubt if I am ever in the need of roofing work, B&D Roofing will be my first contact. Thanks again Bill. <br />"

"It went well after all permits were pulled they did tear off on first day and replaced some bad wood here and there.After this they dried it in with a rubberized material,the next day they metal crew started completing the job in two days.They did a nice job and kept the mess cleaned up and hauled it off when they were done.Austin is a good person to deal with because anytime I needed to talk to him he would answer or text me back.Great company with better than competitive pricing"

"When I called Brian Sikes roofing, Mr. Sikes drove out himself and went on my roof to measure for an estimate. He was one of only two roofers out of several, who actually noticed that our previous roof had shingles mistakenly installed on a low-sloped area that should have been covered with modified bitumen. In addition, unlike the other roofers I interviewed, his roofing customers don't pay a dime until everything is completed, passes inspection, and the customer is happy with the work. There's no upfront deposits or credit card holds required with his honest company. Also, he does not sub-out roofing work. Furthermore, he has three teams, comprised of two new roof teams, and one roof repair team, and the team members have been working with him for several years, so they are guys he knows and trusts. During my roofing estimate, Mr. Sikes answered all of my questions, including why he prefers one shingle brand over the other for longevity, and he did not rush me or try to be pushy, nor did he try to sell me things I did not need-he did quite the opposite. Even though he offers his customers metal roof options, when I expressed interest in getting an expensive metal roof, instead of hounding me to sign on the dotted line and leave a deposit, like a surprisingly popular and highly-rated metal roofing company I had called, Mr. Sikes was upfront and honest and actually convinced me NOT to select a metal roof, as he told me 1/3 of my roof had too low of a slope for metal roofing. I asked a reputable metal roof manufacturer about the slope of my roof, and they agreed that Mr. Sikes is correct, and that the popular metal roofing company I had called previously, would have installed the metal roof against manufacturer recommendations. That just goes to show the difference of a roofing company that cares about their customer's best interest, versus a roofing company that just focuses on their bottom dollar. Mr. Sikes was so unlike any of the other roofers who I had interviewed for our roofing job, that I quickly called him to let him know that he won our business, the same day of his estimation presentation. Our re-roofing appointment was scheduled quickly thereafter for early the following month, and an Amazing lady by the name of Saundra, who works in Mr. Sike's office, patiently helped me with the daunting task of choosing a shingle color, by sending me home with lots of sample boards, as well as some physical location recommendations where I could see installed roof colors-choices in person, in my area. Mr. Sikes also helped me choose a color for the modified bitumen to compliment the shingle color I had chosen. When I made the special request to have hardie board installed in a water-problem area, and to have a rusted chimney chase cover replaced with one in stainless steel, Mr. Sikes even went out of his way to take care of my special requests, including increasing the size of a roof stack for a bathroom exhaust fan. Everyone on the Brian Sikes crew was courteous, and they tried their best to be careful around my various plants and flowers growing around my yard. The only thing I would ask for the crew to do, would be to clean up bottles and trash at the end of each day, rather than just waiting to clean up at the end of the job-which they did very well. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brian Sikes Roofing to whomever is in need of a new roof or simply a roof repair. They are an excellent company that stands behind their work and puts their customers, first. Their prices were around the middle in the estimates I received, but hiring them was definitely a great choice, as their customer service is top notch. "They came on time and found the roof in be in good condition except to the areas that were leaking due to the improper installation of the solar panels. They repaired the roof where required and notified me that we found the problem quickly and so the wet area in the attic just dried out without any permanent damage. They were on time and completed the work quickly."
