"We had Sam, Bradley, and Mason assist us with a move from one part of King County to the other. They were kind, patient, professional, adhered to CDC COVID-19 guidelines, and made our experience much more pleasant. Moreover, Emma also helped us locate crating and packing materials for the move."

"This company moved my belongings from McKinney Texas to Chicago Illinois a couple of months ago. The guys packed our one bedroom apartment very professionally and quickly. I would recommend this company to my friends."

"Took to long, needed three people instead of two. It there were three then the job would have gone faster and not cost me too much."

"Alfred and his crew did the work quickly, cleanly and with a smile. They were highly professional and I'd reccomend Agility to anyone looking for an out-of-state moving service. They knocked it out of the park."

"Had to pack up and move a three story town home with a lot of old furniture (heavy old furniture). After going through the hassle of a number of different moving companies, I can across this one. Professional, did an in person evaluation, and presented a realistic price. Top notch. The guys who did the actual move did so in a very professional manner keeping me involved the entire way, both packing up and delivering including setup. I was very impressed. Couple of notes: 1. even with proper wrapping and boxing, there was some minor damage, nothing major at all. 2. for the crew doing the move, if your bosses could move you into the electronic age (the move was all hand done paperwork) it would likely help. My opinion. I really recommend these folks for any long distance move. Well done."

"Nationwide made my moving experience easy. This is my third time moving cross country. The other two times prior were a disaster. Nationwide Moving really came through. Handle my belongings with care. Very polite crew and stood by their estimate and did not increase my move. I highly recommend."

"The move included several heavy wooden cabinets that needed multiple people to handle safely. The crew divided the work intelligently and kept the lifting coordinated. They worked hard without making the process look chaotic. Staff were equally professional and easy to communicate with. Five stars for the combination of strength, teamwork, and service."

"I recently used this out-of-state moving company and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was very personable, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and organized. They were also extremely efficient with packing, loading, and delivery, while still handling everything with care. I really appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a long-distance move."

"A representative came to our home and took inventory of all that we needed to move. He took the time to educate us on all of the details that were involved with the move (legal, financial, logistic), and offered us a number of options based on our budget and time constraints. The truck arrived on time and the crew that came to load the truck was wonderful. They used great care in moving all that was ready to move and helped to pack the things that we had not yet prepared. They were empowered to address any problems that arose and did not charge us any more money for the extra help. A communication problem caused our moved items to be delivered a day late. After speaking with customer service on the day the truck was supposed to arrive, we discovered that the arrival date that they had logged was 4 days later. Their resolution to this misunderstanding was better than I could have ever expected. They assembled an additional crew and sent another truck to meet the truck containing our things and worked all through the night to transfer our things to the other truck and drive to our new home. To our amazement, they arrived early the next morning to unload. The unload crew was also wonderful, taking great care in moving our things in spite of the fact that they had just transferred everything to the new truck and drove all night to get here. We had received lower estimates from other moving companies but decided to choose On Time Movers because the professionalism they displayed and the peace of mind they offered was well worth the extra few dollars. I would recommend this company to anyone considering an out of state move."
