They came out just as promised and after checking out the issue, it was determined that it wasn't a switch or valve issue, ect., but needed the pump removed and replaced. Couldn't find meter and called City to come show him then he had to dig to get to it to turn off water to house. He had stopped the spewing water already. Then he repaired and replaced the outside hose nozzle raising it for me at my request to avoid having to put hand in bushes to turn on hose. Took him about 45 minutes to do all this. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "It went great even though it was short notice just before the Christmas weekend. With a single phone call and a photograph of the pump sent to them on my cell phone, Bill and David came the same afternoon and replaced the pump. They obviously knew what they were doing and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They were on time, professionable and personable. "I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them. <br />"
