I had several companies out initially and was not very impressed with them. they were just throwing out large numbers and not really spending time on explaining the details of the work. rick from buckeye came out and spent several hours on his first visit. rick was very patient with my wife and I. he walked us through the process step by step. he was very knowledgeable and very detailed in the work to be performed. he answered all of our questions from the city permit process to the actual work. he told us exactly what to expect and that's exactly what we got. when the crew arrived on Monday the foreman bryon walked us through the work card and explained what they would be doing day by day. bryon was extremely polite and curtious to our needs. we had a few plants that we wanted to keep so he dug those out first and set them aside so as not to damage them. they worked very hard and were very neat in keeping the job clean. I was happy to make them hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch every day. the inspections all passed and I couldn't be more pleased. the half of driveway they had to take out looked so good that we had them remove the rest and replace all of the concrete drive. I would like to thank them for all there hard work. they were wonderful. I would also like to thank rick for coming out three separate times before we decided to do the project. all the other companies wanted us to contract within 20 minutes of being there. it was a big decision for my wife and I but we sure are glad we went with buckeye waterproofing. thanks again for all your help!

"The patio looked good when they finished but upon further inspection, the grooves are holding water which will break down the concrete eventually. The guy who gave us the quote said that the deck debris from the rotted deck, that we were in the middle of deconstructing, would be removed and they would give us a step up into the house from the patio. The guy that showed up the morning they started wanted to charge us $1000 more to get the debris removed and did not give us a step. We had to opt not to pay the extra for the dumpster because could get one cheaper. They guy claimed there was only 3” from the patio to the doorway except upon measuring, it is actually a 6” step down from the doorway to the patio now. On top of that the guy brought an all Spanish speaking crew and left them all day without supervision. We could not communicate with them and they brought alcohol and were drinking on the job."
