"The job was to power the house, decks, and metal roof. Paint outside of house and decks. Ramos, the owner, called and informed me when he planned to arrive. He arrived on time with an employee. They worked eleven hours on the first day of power washing. Four workers arrived on time on the second day and worked nine hours painting the exterior. Two workers arrived on time on the third day finishing touch-up work, after two hours. They cleaned up and hauled all the trash away. All of the workers were professional and worked steadily. I will hire them to do additional work."

"I put in a request on their website and Jordan called me later that day and set up an appointment time. He showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures off the problem areas. He also made a video of himself stepping on a specific area to show me that the decking was rotting underneath. He gave me an estimate to replace 2 pipe boots, replace the shingles in that area, replace the damaged decking board and to install water and ice shields in that area. We agreed on the price and he told me it would be about a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. That was on a Friday. Then the following Monday morning Jordan texted me to let me know they were coming that day to do the job. After the job was completed, Jordan sent me pictures of the areas before the job and then after it was completed. He even took pictures of the damaged decking when it was exposed to show me how bad it was. I am relieved that the job is done, and I am very happy that I went with Innovative Roofing.
