The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. "I put in a request on their website and Jordan called me later that day and set up an appointment time. He showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures off the problem areas. He also made a video of himself stepping on a specific area to show me that the decking was rotting underneath. He gave me an estimate to replace 2 pipe boots, replace the shingles in that area, replace the damaged decking board and to install water and ice shields in that area. We agreed on the price and he told me it would be about a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. That was on a Friday. After the job was completed, Jordan sent me pictures of the areas before the job and then after it was completed.
