"If you want a dependable, responsible company, Tip Top Roofing is the company to hire. Steve is the nicest guy you want to meet, he cares about his work and his crews work. We waited a long time for me to get approval for a repair loan, he hung in there for months for me. Then when I got the loan there was hardly any wait in getting the job done. Highly, Highly recommend!!"

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Jeff came out and found hail damage from a previous storm on one side of my roof. He helped me file the claim and when my insurance elected to only pay for part of the repair/replacement, he went to bat for me explaining to the insurance company the need for the entire roofs replacement. Jeff's experience and knowledge in roofing was vital in my insurance companies acknowledgment that the entire roof be replaced at only the cost of my deductible. Jeff is a great guy, very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!"

" I love my new metal roof. It looks fabulous. I have had so many positive comments about it from my neighbors.
My initial contact was with their Sales rep who was extremely friendly and on time for the appointment. I loved working with him because he keep me well informed with everything that would be happening during the new roof installation,
My only issue with Roofing Inc. had to do with the staff who installed the roof. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves, but they did not communicate when they would be at my house and why they weren't at my house in the middle of the installation. If this
group would have communicated better then I would be giving this company an A+.
