Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. Never heard anything. I text a few days later asking for update and he again said he was waiting for price on parts and would get back to me. That was over a week ago and still havnt heard anything."
