"I hired the Guerrero brothers to replace a porch for me. Luis came took measurements. Later called me with a price for decking. Came the next day on time to start the job. "From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"It went very well.  There was a leak and he repaired it.

"Haley Hahn arrived on time and quickly cleaned out the gutters. While on site they also gave a rough quote of replacing my existing gutters with new larger sized gutters & downspouts plus adding gutter guards as well. I will definitely have them replace the gutters in another year or so's time."

"Company quickly priced repairs and completed work in a timely and professional manner"

"They did a great job! I was very satisfied. They did a really good job cleaning up after each day and at the end. The product was more expensive, but it’s a higher quality material."

"Clarance and his crew repaired and resurfaced the exterior of our log home. They are a pleasure to work with. Their work is very professional. He kept us apprised of each stage of the project. Everyone on the crew was friendly and hardworking in a craftsman like. Their price was reasonable. We are very pleased with job and highly recommend them."

"Tom did an excellent job on several large projects. After I initially contacted him, he got back to me right away and gave me very reasonable quotes for work he could begin the very next week. He worked efficiently, professionally, and skillfully in completing a total remodel of my bathroom, which had serious structural issues. He also replaced my kitchen countertop and backsplash, as well as built stairs from my back deck. When I realized I wanted a different look for the deck, he redid the posts without any hesitation. Tom put me in touch with wonderful installers, plumbers, and roofers as issues came up. He was also extremely helpful in completing other work around the house as they came up, including installing a shelf, opening a stuck window, clearing a dryer vent -- all without charge. He's devoted to his trade and takes great pride in doing a fantastic job. Above all, he wants you to be happy with the work he's done."

"Recently, Southern National reached out to me and informed that my roof might need to be replaced. I setup an initial estimate, and was given a well informed breakdown and cost of what needed to be done with my roof. Brandon Blasko walked me through the whole process that Southern National had to offer, he was able to answer any question I had and was able to breakdown what the roof should cost and all the components the roof. After we talked, I was able schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time and was able to finish the roof in one day. The crew even cleaned and scanned the yard for any nails or debris. I love the new roof and I would recommend Southern National to all my friends and family."
