"This is my first year with Lawn Tech, but so far I am very pleased with their service. My yard was in good shape, but definitely is deeper green, and the many weeds that came up as we began the growing season have been eliminated. They communicate well regarding service day, and if there are changes, using text, email and phone. My service agreement is annual with no contract, and I receive an invoice by email the day of my service showing the charge to my credit card. They were responsive to questions I've had so I give them high marks for customer service in addition to yard care. "I pay an annual fee and a professional Weedex technician comes regularly to inspect the lawn and treat as needed. The lawn is treated whether I am at home or not, and a detailed report of what was applied and the present condition of the lawn is emailed to me. Our lawn looks better than anytime since we moved here 24 years ago. One recent report is that they had been "ineffective in controlling the Dallisgrass" and made recommendations. But from my perspective, the chemical that they are using is weakening the root structure of the patches of Dallisgrass, making them far easier to pull out of the ground after a rain. Usually by this time of year, my backyard looks like a forest of Dallisgrass. Not this year. I'm done messing with which product to use and when and how much. I'm leaving it to WeedEx. I pay an on-going annual fee, but I do not remember how much exactly. The number $350 comes to mind, but you can check on their website. For me, it's worth every penny."

"I had to replace a part of the lawn because the Bermuda grass had died due to lack of sunlight. I contacted Arbor View primarily based on the reviews on Angies list. They clearly explained the options to fix the issues and recommended replacing the sod with St. Augustine as it was a better fit for the yard conditions. Once the sod was ordered, they kept me informed on the progress (it had to be delivered from the Houston area) and were punctual with the appointment. Installation was done professionally and the yard looks great now. No issues whatsoever."

H2O Sprinkler Systems came out and accessed the sprinklers at our home that were inoperable. They suggested replacing the whole sprinkler system and was ready to install it. I will check around for another quote or two before I make a decision. They were very professional and responded in hours notice. I would definitely use them in the future.

*Okay, so I went ahead and decided to use H2O Sprinkler Systems. It was a rewarding experience. Once they came out and did the Sprinkler Tune-up, they saw the sprinkler system was outdated and could be updated. While the yard estimate was being conducted, Jared told me he had an irrigation guy named Doug who could improve my lawn. At first, I was like okay I will get an estimate. In the meantime, I was getting quotes from other companies. H2O were reasonably priced so I decided to go with them. They were very busy and pushed my start dates back once or twice which was my only complaint but I understand. So, come game day they showed up on time and were ready to work. They tilled the front and back yard, replaced the sprinkler heads, installed a battery pack, and laid the dirt and grass. The home looked completely amazing from front to back and the water sprinklers were working like they were when we first moved in. These guys are great at what they do and are very professional. I look forward to working with them in the future.
