"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"Carrington came in and got the job done very quickly. Replacing the blown off shingles with matching shingles and checking others to ensure that everything on the roof was in good shape. Use these guys they know what they are doing. Very professional."

"Our manufacturing facility suffered from chronic water pooling that traditional fixes couldn't solve. We brought in this team for a structural assessment and a flat roof repair strategy. The team identified underlying pitch issues. Recommended a specialized roof replacement to create proper drainage paths toward the scuppers. The crew worked outside our hours to install flat roof insulation panels and heavy?duty single?ply membranes without disturbing day?to?day work. The crew also completed a roof damage repair on damaged flashing surrounding roof exhaust units. The new system drains flawlessly eliminates standing water and lowers heating costs. The commercial roofing expertise of this team is second to none."

"They did a great job snd repaired my roof within a few hours."

"Steve Case of SPU is probably the best home repair and roofing contractor I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of owning a home. Steve came out to my house the day I called him for an estimate. This was after a night of 50-80 mph winds had damaged my whole roof. Other contracters said it might take them a week to assess the damage to my roof. SPU's price to fix my entire roof was approved by my insurance company with no problems. Steve's crew showed up the next day and they completed the job before another bad rain storm moved into my area that night. I was impressed by the company's arriving on time with all the materials to start and finish the job. No time was lost because the crew had to wait on shingles or other supplies etc. Steve's men went up onto the roof and they kept working until the job was done. Before the crew left they cleaned up anything that was on the ground. I couldn't find one nail! I would also like to point out the roofing crew looked clean and professional. So did their vehicles. I believe this reflects the pride Steve's company takes in doing a professional job. I have had no problems with my roof since SPU replaced it. I am completely satisfied with the roof repair SPU preformed on my house. My neighbor recommended Steve to me and I would absolutely recommend SPU to anyone who needs the services they provide."

"I, as well as my roof and soffits, were in a sorry state. For approximately 2 months I had been trying to get an idea of what the problems were that had led to my soffits rotting out and detaching from their underlying structures. I had gotten several opinions from several different (allegedly highly regarded) roofers, and their analyses all seemed either half-baked or entirely absent. Most times, the prospective team leaders failed to even climb up on the roof to inspect the roof for possible causes of the roof’s dysfunction. My spouse found Thomas at BUK Roofing thru Angie’s List and I called. Thomas was enthusiastic, straightforward, energetic, smart, and dependable. He went up on the roof and wrote up an analysis that made sense. He then proposed a solution that made sense. Perhaps most importantly, he returned calls and followed through with 100% compliance (as to what he had previously said he would do). It was a pleasure having his team do the job. I will hire Thomas and his team for any future roofing needs."

"Excellent quality materials and quick service. I needed a new roof and their quote was better than the others I was offered. Nombach roofing came out and replaced my whole roof in a few short days. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Primer was the only company that discussed the rotten wood above the back porch. Other companies were willing to replace the roof over the rotten wood or possibly raising the price later to replace that structure. Primer was very specific in what was required for the repair. Primer was very detailed and took the time to explain the materials used and the process from beginning to end. This building was built in 1885 and I'm not sure if the roof was replaced during our ownership but it had been patched. The wood and brick parapet in the front of the building was in bad condition. It was to repair the parapet and add limestone coping. The decorative cornice had numerous holes and was completely covered with metal then painted the entire cornice with rustoleum. When we did the final walk through we noticed a clay coping was just laying on the side and not attached to the roof at all. When it was pointed out they returned to replace the coping and used cement on the seam. We were very satisfied with the quality of work performed. Prime's estimate was slightly higher than other companies but we felt they were honest and outlined quality work. We felt that we would be happy with the finished product and we were. The entire wooden roof over the porch needed to be replace and we felt that was the reason for the additional cost as well as the limestone coping across the front. We were completely satisfied with the quality of work and the price! I would highly recommend Prime Roofing. So why not rate them 5? Waited more than an hour for our scheduled appointment, debris left by the garage, clay coping left unattached to roof, when these things were pointed out they were immediately corrected and the job was complete. Honestly, when our scheduled appointment was delayed more than an hour I was done but my husband said let's wait a little longer. I'm glad I did!"

"Roof repairs to our roof for our condo association and application of aluminum roof coating."

"John patched efficiently my old roof for years and years. It finally needed to be replaced. He removed a half-dozen layers of old roof, replaced some rotten boards and disintegrated brick, and installed a new roof. It has been faultless through three winters. I should add that it is a flat roof on a 100-plus year old building. Flat roofs don’t hold up as well as roofs with a pitch, but John deals with them really well."
