"Their material is very good.  They had to put 4 nails on each shingle of the roof which they did not.  As a result I had to call them back twice for leaks.  They did come back eventually and fix it but I felt they should have done it initially. I did not think their work was poor.  They only install and do not make the materials."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

"We first hired Michael's Complete Home Maintenance to repair a wood-rotten out bow window in our home. We got several estimates, had checked with Home Advisor, and spoke with Michael. His knowledge on how to fix it without having to replace the whole thing was impressive and his price bid very reasonable, so we went with him. Good Decision!!! His workers were courteous, professional, and skilled. The result was wonderful - better than the original window. Next we had him do repairs on the house: replace worn out parts of the house. Again: great job and very reasonable price. Next we had them paint the whole house. Fantastic job! Not only does he do all the work that was promised, he also would fix those things we hadn't even noticed initially. We have dogs, so do the neighbors. Michael factored this in perfectly while working on the fence, replacing just one section at a time. He’s also constructed the fence out of single planks of treated wood, which each are hung using screws. Then will treat the wood again to protect it. That fence will likely outlive me, it’s so solid! His crew was beyond courteous - they even helped me carry in groceries. I am just so thankful for the wonderful results of his labor and feel blessed that we have found someone as professional and HONEST as Michael Miller. We won't use anyone else to do projects around our house, since Michael does it all. I can, with confidence, recommend him to anyone I know to do all their repair works - I know the job will be done right."

I told him how much I could afford to spend and together we made it happen. I got an amazing metal roof plus six windows that not only saved me money but I'll get a tax credit for them next year. They replaced several pieces of siding that were cracked and broken. They also gave my house a clean fresh look with soffitting and they didn't even charge me for it. The crew was very nice, they all wore company shirts. At the end of everyday they cleaned up after themselves, you couldn't even tell they had been there. My husband could learn a few things from them. I am now the envy of my neighbors. The best part is I still have enough money left to take that vacation to the beach."
