They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. "We had used Secure to re-roof the rest of our roof about 10 years ago except for the new addition. We have never had any problem with the original re-roofing.
This time we wanted to have the addition roof repaired before we left for a 3-week vacation. Although they were scheduled tight they committed to completing the job before we left. It was a bit of a squeaker but with our firm encouragement they completed the job about 4 days before we had to leave.
Although the new roof has yet to be challenged by a good rain storm, I trust that it will perform as well as the original roof which they installed or if any issues develop, they will follow up and cure any problems.
