I’ve been in the construction industry for well over 10 years I’ve mastered in different trades and as of right now I’ve been building high end pole barns and barndominiums. I’m located around northern Colorado and more south I also travel to Cheyenne Wyoming. \n\nI specialize in structural framing, laminate flooring, tile, drywall, pole barns. \n\nI treat my jobs like if I was building it for me. I pay attention to details on the projects I do.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"DMI (Juan Rejino) took on a major renovation of an older condo unit. The renovation was a complete gut of the unit and presented multiple challenges due to the original construction. Juan remained focused on the plan and came up with creative solutions. DMI's office manager (Rachelle) was very timely with communications - both status updates and schedule. Juan was also available for more specific construction questions. We are very happy with the completed project and believe that Juan operates with integrity and pride in his workmanship. "Dutch and his partner, Mike, put down our hardwood flooring for us in just a few days! Before our floor was laid, they took a wall down in our kitchen which gave us a wonderful open "great room". They were incredible workers. Dutch has so much experience that he was able to figure out some real tough situations we had with wiring and plumbing after the wall was down. Mike was excellent at crawling up in the attic and helping Dutch reroute all the exposed wiring. I've never seen two guys work so hard and put in such long days. They were incredibly fast at their work and I would highly recommend them for any remodeling job. Very nice guys!"
