"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "He's honest. He is an excellent technician and he is fair in price. He's on time and I don't find too many people that in construction or anything that is honest today. I will used him forever for anything I need that has an appliance that needs to be fixed because finding a trustworthy and honest guy it is difficult to find and because of him I saved 18000 on getting new refrigerator and even got a warranty for that work which is good warranty.
