When the company arrived and found the window was larger than I had estimated, they proceeded with the work without informing me of any price change. I was later emailed an invoice for nearly 3 times the quoted amount ? with no prior approval or notice. This may violate standard fair billing practices and consumer protection laws, which require clear disclosure and consent before altering a quoted price. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects honesty and ethical conduct."
