"<p>Met at Hartford Home show in Oct 2014.  Set date of Nov 3f or home appointment.  Tim came out and was great to work with, showed us a lot of thing we could do and how it will help and add value to the kitchen.  We were really impressed with product we decided to buy and do this as a Christmas present for ourselves.  November 10, after appointment changes someone finally came and completed measurements.  They also had some questions about the product working in several locations we had picked that they needed to get worked out.</p> <p>We have heard nothing from them and called around Dec 12 to find out what was up.  They said they had a lot of orders they were working on and that someone would call, just not sure when.  Flag goes up in my mind.</p> <p>Dec 25 still nothing, sent email to several people on website waiting for answer.  Why were we told Dec 10th?  Are they processing larger more expensive orders first and pushing us back, maybe, tell me.</p> <p>Right now not very happy with ShelfGenie.  I will not rub the magic lantern just yet.    </p> <p>Dealer called and apologized for the delay and unresponsiveness, set an install date of 12/30/2014.  Installer came and he to apologized and completed installation.  He did a great job and was a pleasure to talk and work with.  Finished product looked and worked great, everything we were looking even better.  Company came through and di a great job.  Just wish I didn't have to push</p>"
