"West shore home sent two guys to install me a new shower . These guys ( Guillermo Gomez and Omaly Lopez) were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and the outcome of their work was wonderful. My husband and I were very pleased with their work. We were especially impressed with the way they cleaned up behind themselves and only took one(1) day to complete the job. My shower is amazing. I highly recommend west shore for shower replacement and would love to recommend Guillermo Gomez and Omaly Lopez to do the job. I will definitely be using them for my future projects."

His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication truly set him apart. During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. His integrity and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the assessment. "

"Jim and his crew are nothing but excellent.  This is the second bath that he has remodeled.  We recommend him to anyone wanting top notch work done.  He works with you on the details of what you want.  He brings ideas to you as well as listens to your thoughts to get the best product.  He schedules all of the work and once he begins they keep showing up until it is done.  They do as much as they can to control the dust.  It is inevitable that you will get dust but they tried the best they could to limit it.  We had extensive tile work done in the bathroom and the tile guy (TC) was great to work with.  He looks at every detail and did a phenomenal job.  Anyone wanting to work with professionals should hire Jim Knowles and Kitchen Crafters.  Thanks for the great job. <br />"
