"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "This is a continuation of my Jan.2014 review. In April we agreed to begin the work of replacing the roof and damaged gutter. They came and removed the old roofing, replaced any rotten wood decking and installed the new shingles and the new fascia board and gutter. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. Fast forward to Nov.2017 he came out to replace a piece of siding that had blown off in a windstorm."

"Our relationship with Exteriors of CT started in 2018 when I first moved to CT and needed the windows replaced in the house I just purchased. I met with 3 companies and got 3 quotes, Exteriors of CT wasn't the cheapest quote, but that was because they included far more in their quote. They not only replaced all of our 28 windows (including the removal of old storm windows) but they also replaced our rotting trim and vinyl wrapped it to ensure it looked amazing and wouldn't rot again. While they were working on my windows a storm blew through and my roof started leaking so badly it was flooding my kitchen. The Exteriors employee at my house that day actually climbed onto my roof and applied tar to the leaking area to hold me over until I could afford to replace my roof! Naturally I hired them to replace it a year later! They did such an amazing job on both my windows and roof that in 2021 they were the first company that I asked for a quote from for vinyl siding. I again got 3 quotes and Exteriors was only 2K higher than my lowest quote, but they again had included more. Of course I hired them for my siding job too. They had to remove a massive amount of old cedar shake siding, replace a large amount of rot, retrim all the windows they had just trimmed in 2018, and my house couldn't look better! I had MULTIPLE people stop when they would see me in the yard and ask me for the name of my siding company! I happily referred them to Exteriors of CT. It's been 6 months with our new siding and we couldn't be happier."

"I contacted Dave based on his amazing reviews on Angie's List and he did not disappoint. After some strong windstorms a couple months back, I was finding some shingle pieces on my lawn. I became concerned as my roof is now 20 years old and called a couple roofers. I initially left Dave a voice mail and he called me back promptly and arranged a time to come out. A roofer from another company that I called randomly showed up at my house a half hour before Dave. That gentleman did not get on my roof and quickly wrote me up a quote for full roof replacement for 17k. Dave arrived son thereafter and immediately said "you don't need a new roof." He took out his ladder and actually did an inspection of my roof. He suggested that he replace some shingles that needed replacement and wrote me up a quote for $350. He promised to come back in a couple weeks to do the work. As promised, he texted me in a couple weeks and arrived at the scheduled day and time. You can't even tell the crew had been here after they left. First of all the shingles were a perfect match to my existing 20 year old shingles and secondly there wasn't a speck of debris left behind. Dave called me outside to chat afterwards and then only charged me $300. I highly recommend using Dave and his crew for your roof.
