"My son broke off an outside faucet in the wall early on a Sunday afternoon. Normally I would handle that kind of repair but I had knee surgery two days before so I couldn't go into the crawl space to deal with it. I called Gallops and was told a repairman could be there that afternoon to address the problem. He arrived about 1 1/2 hours later. <br /> We discussed options for the repair, specifically regarding how to possibly strengthen the faucet to hopefully prevent the problem from happening again (this was the second time the faucet had broken). He didn't have everything he needed to complete the repair so he capped the pipe (so I could turn my water back on), and told me he would return on Monday to finish the job. When I got home from work on Monday afternoon, I had a new faucet in place. A couple of days later I received a bill in the mail. <br /> I was pleased with the service and the price, especially considering two trips were involved and one was on a Sunday afternoon. <br />"

"They do a very thorough check, very thorough. They came out and check every single thing. They did a good job. It makes you feel good that your unit is set to work for the winter because they have checked everything and supposedly if they find anything they're supposed to fix it. They didn't find anything wrong so that's supposed to be part of that warranty. They said, "We check it make sure it's ready to run. If anything is wrong we fix it." But, luckily nothing was wrong, so I don't know if we would have been charged if something was wrong or not. It was two different company's. They have lots of company's that work for them."
