"The company set me up with Tina. She specializes in design with function. This is exactly what I needed, due to my small space. I wanted a nice home but there can't be much wasted area and everything should have a purpose, for the most part. She initially came in and took some pictures. Asked what I wanted to do, what colors I like, etc. In addition, my plans included potentially some renovation work (like new flooring, redesigning bathroom, new kitchen counter tops, etc) and she would be able to put an order of events to this--i.e., what should happen first, second, third. Initially, I wanted some new furniture, and Tina sent me links to different stores and ideas of what she thought would look good. I would also then see if there was anything I particularly liked and send to her for her to confirm that it would "work" with the plan. She did a lot of explaining over several visits of why certain fabrics work over others, what colors the walls should be, picking up paint swatches, among other things. Tina was very attentive and really worked with my vision to ensure it would be able to come together. She did not hesitate to tell me that something would not work, in her opinion. We met several times and communicated often via email. <br /> Unfortunately, she had to move to another state and could no longer assist. However, the company would have assigned someone else with those same qualities. This did not come to pass as I had to take a break on continuing but I will be contacting them again as soon as I can move forward. <br />"

"The owner showed up on time for the initial consultation.  After discussing several options, he gave me a quote which included removing and replacing 8 interior doors (including an odd-size furnace closet door) and installing hardware.  When I placed the order, I scheduled an appointment for about a week later to have the old doors removed.  On the appointed day and time, two men arrived, removed the old doors, and took exact measurements.  About a week later, my new doors arrived.  In the meantime, I had purchased the new handles.  Two men installed the new doors and where necessary adjusted door stops and trim to ensure that the doors closed tightly.  They installed my hardware and cleaned up after themselves.  Everyone was very professional and pleasant. <br /> Five of the doors are solid core which really cut down on noise when they are closed.  Plus they feel substantial!  The doors look great.  The only unfortunate thing is because the new doors are so clean and white, I now have to paint the interior of my home! <br />"
