Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. "A lot of things went wrong when Edrooter Sewer & Drain installed my water heater. It wasn't necessarily with the installation. They called me and I told them what I wanted. I figured they'd come out and check everything and give me different choices, but no, all of a sudden, I got an $1,100.00 bill. An employee brought our new heater out here and installed it without consulting me. The company kept calling him and calling him and he wasn't doing his work, so they fired him. They didn't give me a senior discount either. I paid the $1,000.00 because the heater was installed and I didn't think I had any choice but to pay them. I told them the capacity I needed, but there's a big difference in quality and price with the different manufacturers. I don't think it's very good business, to install a new water heater without first consulting with the customer as to what the customer wants."
