Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. "I had three companies come out and provide estimates, Wyndhill's was by far the best. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. "I called after a heavy snowstorm resulted in a leak in the house. After the estimate (and comparing to a couple other estimates), I felt comfortable enough to schedule the work. Because of getting more rain, they suggested waiting until everything was dry, so that painting and sealing would work better. The work was done within a couple days (it took a couple hours to complete), and everything looks great. I also wanted some gutter work done, but they mentioned they specialize in the roof, not in the gutters, and gave me a reference for that too. Also, the Angie's listing said there was a 25% discount for roofing repairs, but this doesn't apply to my type of repairs - I got a 10% discount. This did not bother me too much because I felt the price was good with a 10% discount, and the overall experience was fine."
