John was extremely responsive throughout the process in terms of coordinating the quote and leading up to the roof replacement. The team arrived promptly at 7 AM and work diligently for 2 days to get everything completed. Ice and Water shields were used, rubber membranes and architectural shingles and updated flashing were all part of the project. Pleasure working with John and will look for him on some updated exterior painting moving forward."

He took care with his equipment, acted professionally, asked questions and listened well, and took great care with his ladder to be gentle with our house.
