"I have a Samsung Dryer that is little over a year old that stopped spinning. I have a warranty on the Dryer through SquareTrade. SquareTrade shipped the needed parts to repair the Dryer. However, I was contacted by SquareTrade and was told there were no contracted service techs in my area, and I would need to hire my own and they would reimburse be the cost of labor. I contacted a two others before contacting Basic Appliance Repair. They either refused to use the shipped parts and wanted to use their own or were so backed up it would take two weeks for the repair, and their cost was over $250. Basic Appliance Repair was contacted by my wife, and he showed up the same day. He used the shipped parts provided by SquareTrade, and he was fast, friendly, and professional. He will defiantly get our business again."

"We made an appointment for the next day, however the service tech called us later in the afternoon and based on the error code he suggested we unplug the machine to let it reboot. This worked to solve the problem and we appreciate the honesty of the folks at Major Appliance who could have showed up the next day and charged us for a visit and the mandatory 1/2 hr. fee.
