"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"A small crack in a copper tube in the crawl space was noted during HVAC work.  The Plumbing Knight repaired the crack and noted that the house water pressure was well over 100 psi.  Small wonder the copper cracked.  They installed a regulator and reduced pressure to 50 psi or so.  Can't pressure wash the car from the outside spigot anymore, but I shouldn't have to worry about a catastrophic water system failure due to the copper coming apart at the seams. <br /> They also spliced my two water-heaters together so my wife could get a bath full of hot water.  Thank you! <br /> Overall great results and I will call them again when I am ready to do some additional work. <br />"
