"They came early and were very friendly. They went above and beyond what I thought they would. They took their time and didn't rush to get it done. They were clean, professional, and did a super job. They also helped me move furniture to get this cleaned. They offered allergy lights and a lifetime filter, but did not pressure me to take these."

When these didn't work, he scheduled a service call. He gave me a ballpark estimate of when he would come and said he would update me on the day of with a more precise time.
