This company is owned and managed by a gentleman who has impeccable honesty and expertise. He scheduled my service call within 3 days and arrived on time. He immediately determined the problem thereby not charging me for any unnecessary diagnostic fees. He was able to get the warranty to cover a replacement and only charged a fair and reasonable fee for the installation. I can assure you there are many companies who would have just charged me for a new controller. He checked the entire system and rearranged the watering rotation. "Our 20 year old sprinkler system was in need of an overhaul because over the years the turf had become deeper and the sprinkler heads did not pop up high enough to adequately water the lawn and plants. We also had heads that were not retracting or even popping up due to overgrown grass. JP came out to inspect the system. He was great to work with, and very knowledgeable. "One day after changing out a few broken sprinkler heads, and replacing my sprinkler system I noticed a decrease in my water pressure. I called Mike, he returned the next day. Turns out it was a clogged filter from the reclaimed well. Mike could have easily charged me for a replacement, instead he removed the filter, cleaned it up, then reconnected the filter. Issue resolved at no charge. Mike now has a loyal customer. I strongly recommend him."
