I could buy a similar heater from Home Depot or others for about 1/3 of Next's price (I have learned this is not unusual), so I bought one from Home Depot. Had to wait better part of a week to get the heater from HD (they had the shortest wait for delivery.) Next Plumbing did the install. There was a minor problem with the heater, which I think was the fault of the manufacturer, but it took about 2 minutes on the phone with the mfgr to find and correct the problem. "<p>I called Van Franey Plumbing at 7:30 on March 25th, requesting an estimate for fixing a leak from the tub faucet and to repair or replace the stopper which would not lock into the engaged position.  I received a promised call back within the hour with an estimate ranging from $180-$240 (depending on the need for new parts).
