"Initially it went well. The owner showed up on time for the estimate, which was reasonable. The worked was scheduled to be done and completed the first week of November, when they were paid in full. However, a week later we noticed some blemishes and called. They came and said it was due to the weather which was wet, and they would take care of it. Eight week later, they never showed up to fix it or have called back in spite of many calls from us and threats of bad reviews. I have pictures to send you. At this point they more than likely not do anything but I'd like to warn you and other potential customers."

"Well, it looked fantastic until the 5 inch lip on the concreted peeled off, it really wasn't part of the of the contract. But the way Scotty ignored me, refuse to answer my calls, texts & e-mails. I was willing to pay him to fix the imperfections, he still answer or assist me. And no other epoxy guy in town wants to fix it because they have to have the same product & it's a small job no money? Now my floor which was under contact is starting to flake off, must see the photos and you might want to ask him about warranty. I have been in the construction business for 30 years and was very surprised that he ignored me after i would pay him to fix the areas of concern, unbelievable! "They promised- stem wall coverage. Fixing anything small after it was finished, job completed in 2-3 days . Delivered partial coverage for the stem wall, the house was unlivable 14 days after installation because of the unbearable smell ( this could have been because they had to reinstall because the original floor was stripy, but 14 days should have been enough for that. Where it is left - there are some indentations in the floor - i replaced the sink and the four legs spots needs to be covered that was specifically promised. I held back $200 for these. The owners message is to me - “he will fix it after i pay the remaining $200. Not trustwordy."

"Job was performed incorrectly and the owners are irresponsible. $4k paid and full of issues as no Management involvement or oversight. Just 3 little boys with hand grinders cussing damage and failure to perform all necessary processes correctly. Now lip service and lies by the Martin's. If cracks and delamination are what you desire call these idiots. Do Not recommend as they don't care about the Customer or the finished product. Ask the ethical Martin's for the closely guarded cracking delamination and warranty policy as it is not upfront and center."
