"This has been a frustrating process. We hired this company in January after sending a deposit. Our gate has to be made due to its size. Instead of being notified of the process we kept having to reach out. Then we were told that the manufacturing was delayed. After more follow ups, by us, we were told that the gate would have been installed last Tuesday. But it didn't happen. Again we were told it was was a manufacturing delay. I emailed them for a follow up on Thursday and it is now Monday with no response. Nice people but horrible service. "

"The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."

They refuse to pay or reimburse for the damages! Their sales practices including their salesman, Scott, has poor customer service experience! He was rude and unprofessional! "Excellent company. Price was fair, work performed as promised. We agreed to the proposed height but when their installation crew began work, they looked it over and discovered that they could add additional height that really made a huge improvement. The insulated roof keeps the heat out, the screens are heavy duty so that even our large dog can't hurt it. Best of all, we had a small leak where the room met the existing roof and they came out until it was found and fixed. Nothing better than a company that does great work and guarantees it."
