"Great communication, fair pricing, efficient and professional installation. Would definitely recommend."

"Dillion was prompt, friendly, and honest with estimates. He provided an itemized Bill of Materials that he updated as the project progressed and to support changes that I requested. Their estimates were in range with my own estimates for the region. Dillion, B.J., and Brandon are professional, hard working, a pleasure to be around, and I would hire them again."

"I’ve been working with Protile Design for the past four years on some high profile jobs, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Their professionalism and meticulous approach to the work is top notch; always leaving me completely happy, knowing the job was done right. I would highly recommend Protile Design to anyone wanting to do a bathroom or kitchen."

"One project turned into 3 and these guys worked in the rain, snow and cold to complete the jobs quickly in order to meet my time frame. Great job"

"Very good at what they do. Also super respectful, they worked until they got the job done and they did great! I recommend them with a 10/10"

"Installer very prompt in responding to installation request and setting time. Let me know he was on the way and went to purchase door thresholds when I asked for them. He and his fellow installer worked steadily for about 7 hours. Quality of their work was very good. They tidied up afterwards and hauled away the boxes."

"For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!
Thank you Lee for a beautiful kitchen!"

"Jo came to fix my roof within three days of the leak. He was fast, professional, and the quoted amount was what I actually paid. Hopefully I never need another new roof, but if I do it’ll definitely be with Turner Contracting."
