"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "The owner was very comfortable to talk to about the water leaking problem in the basement. He did a great job explaining how the job to prevent future leaks would be completed. His brother managed the crew when the job started. It went very smoothly. The team had 4 men and finished the job in only 2 days. The system has kept my basement dry through summer down pours and the most recent snow melt. No water leaks. Everyone was very courteous and efficient. I am very happy with the service.

"They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out."
